Story
A group of truck drivers, penniless in 1980s Britain, decide they need to make money—and fast. What starts as a scheme to earn cash using their trucks and the quarry soon spirals out of control. The drivers find themselves navigating not just corrupt managers and rival truckers, but also the police and the mafia.

Based on true events during the mass unemployment of the 1980s, Dirty Truckers combines gritty reality with British humour, driver banter, and the music of the era. It follows four men struggling to keep their tipper trucks on the road and their families afloat, as they are drawn into a world of crime, risk, and unlikely camaraderie.  

The film is set against the backdrop of quarry life, roadside cafés, and local communities, capturing both the desperation and the defiant spirit of working-class Britain.
