Each project is assessed by the Green Light Advisory Board before going into production. They will assess the film’s budget value, cast, distribution, and overall commercial viability.

Catherine Davies

Catherine is the head of operations at Cubed Consultancy Ltd, and the lead there regarding EIS and SEIS applications and preapprovals, with a particular focus on the creative industries. In addition, Catherine has worked for several large Investment Banks specialising in Fund Accounting and Service Delivery, overseeing a number of service improvement projects. Prior to her experience in Investment banking, Catherine earned a degree in Economics and Finance from the Waterford Institute of Technology Ireland. Catherine has also completed the Investment Management Certificate (CFA UK).

Ray Burdis

As an actor, writer, producer, and director, Ray has over 50 years of experience in film and television. Ray’s many hits, including: The Krays (1990), The Wee Man (2013) and Love Honour and Obey (2000). Winner of many nominations and BAFTAs, Ray has worked with legends of stage and screen, including Ray Winstone, Jude Law, Jonny Lee Miller, John Hannah, Kathy Burke, Martin Compston and Sadie Frost.

Beth Charkham

Beth is a Member of the Casting Directors Guild Mentor at the National Youth Theatre, a Member of BAFTA, Hubbard Casting Royal Court Theatre. Some of Beth’s prestigious work include – Chariots of Fire, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Queen of the Desert starring Nicole Kidman and Robert Pattinson.

Sue Needleman

In her long career as a casting director, Sue has cast several BAFTA & Emmy Award-winning shows, including “An Ungentlemanly Act”, “Tracy Beaker Returns”, “The Dumping Ground”, and “Joe All Alone”. Sue works over many genres particularly in Family / Children’s’ TV Drama & more recently Animation such as ‘Hilda’ for Netflix and ‘Love Monster”. As a mentor for the National Youth Theatre, she provides guidance to young people.
