SHAREHOLDER ON BOARDING PROCESS
- Initially, you would have been advised by one of the Ark team about all of the productions that we have on our slate.
- Once you are ready to join us you will then speak with one of the compliance team.
- Upon passing our compliance you will be emailed a shareholder’s agreement which will have been signed by our CEO Robert Stushki, for added security it will come directly from his personal email address: robert@arkmovieproductions.com
- Once you have read it through and your happy with the ‘Terms’ you will sign it and a copy will be sent to you and Ark simultaneously.
- Next, you will need to transfer your invested funds into the Ark Movies limited – Metro bank account. We will then confirm safe receipt of your funds.
- Very soon after you will receive an email from Lynda Taylor, our Shareholder Liaison Manager, who will be delighted to welcome you on board.
A shareholder may get back less than the amount invested. Information on past performance, where given, is not necessarily a guide to future performance.
